As the industry leader, our dedication to producing quality rolls, parts and components is evident by the product knowledge, manufacturing expertise, technical innovation, and outstanding customer service we bring to every order—large or small.

Throughout our history, we have continually broadened our research, development and production technology in many locations in the U.S and China. We differentiate ourselves by anticipating market needs and developing state-of-the-art, engineered solutions that help our customers stay at the forefront of their industries.

Committed to remaining at the forefront of our industry, we have expanded our services to provide our customers a more comprehensive experience, solutions and services. Upon doing so, within the past years, the company acquired or started the following companies:

C.R.E.W Inc.

Since 1999, the C.R.E.W product line reputation has been built on focused attention to understanding your unique needs, producing quality products, and meeting/exceeding delivery dates. We are experienced professionals who not only have the education and the knowledge in manufacturing custom rollers , but also have the experience to know why an engineering design will work, or why it may not. This acquisition added engineering depth and additional manufacturing capability and capacity in support of recent product line acquisitions and American Roller’s overall web processing business.

Plasma Coatings

First established in 1969, we specialize in industrial coatings to resist corrosion, reduce wear, and provide release through the selection of a variety of thermal spray, and hard facing techniques, along with advanced polymer materials and processes. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service in quality, responsiveness, and availability.

PT-MAT

Since 2012, we have taken pride in our extensive background in wear resistant coatings and overlays. Our knowledge of materials, powders and wires, and application expertise, combined with 25 years of experience designing, building, and installing Plasma Transfer Arc welding systems will ensure you make the right material selection and the right automated application strategy.

ARCOTEQ Group

Incorporated in 1974, ARC Engineered Products, recently rebranded as ARCOTEQ has provided exceptional quality and service for over 50 years. Quality, fair pricing, pride in our work, and dedicated customer service are the foundation of our longevity and continued success. With over 65 years in precision machining and coatings we are a leader in precision manufacturing specializing in product realization, short production runs, and aftermarket service where professionals are proud to work. Though we are proud of our achievements, we constantly remind ourselves that our own standard of quality is perfection.

American Roller

Founded in 1938 and the “grandfather” of our company and the Web Processing industry, American Roller is the premium brand and solution provider in the web processing industries.
