American Roller’s newest oven increases our capabilities for larger parts. This latest addition allows us to better serve your coating needs. Our coatings have been applied to pans, exhaust hoods, tanks, tubs, chutes, hoppers, mixers, and many other parts in addition to rollers.
Our new oven can now accommodate parts as large as 108″ W x 108″ H x 492″ L
Application Techniques
- Coatings are applied with techniques that heat particles to a semi-molten state and then propel the coatings onto a prepared substrate.
- Bond strengths of up to 12,000 psi are generated dependent upon the material and method of applications.
- Coatings provide desired surface properties but does not change the part strength or integrity.
- Part Temperature does not exceed 200-250 F during Thermal Application.
