Flexrite is a very durable and highly effective elastomeric covering, specially formulated for feed rollers. They were developed primarily for use in the harsh environment of corrugated container manufacturing and the flexographic infeed printing process. Our flexrite coverings have outstanding abrasion resistance and feeding properties, and can be manufactured in either single or two-layer cushioned construction, for applications subject to flute damage from crushing. For the more sensitive products and quality printing applications, our cushioned Flexrite can be grooved for improved tracking and enhanced damage resistance to the corrugated project.
