Vinylar AV coverings have specially formulated plasticizers which resist hardening and help to maintain dimensional stability, which minimizes resetting, and extends roll and plate life. Vinylar rollers can be ground smooth which ensures even ink distribution through the train. Recommended for sheet fed presses up to 15,000 IPH and slow speed web offset and letterpress presses up to 1500 FPM. Can be used with both conventional and UV inks.
